            Welcome to the APS state protection resource page.  This page is designed to give you a summary of protected assets in your respective states.  By clicking on your state you will see an Asset Protection Summary; this summary will provide you with a quick overview on the exemption status of assets such as your homestead, life insurance, IRAs, pensions, disability, and annuities. 

            This page will also provide you with an overview of statutory LLC and Partnership protections and whether any are available depending upon which state you are in.  By clicking on the links in this section you will be able to view each state’s Corporation and Partnership Acts.
