Proceeds, cash values, and benefits accruing under an annuity policy or policy of life insurance are exempt. This exemption is limited to an aggregate value of $100,000 for all matured and unmatured life insurance policies. To see this statute, click here.
Corporate Protection Charging Orders Under the Nebraska Uniform Limited Partnership Act, a judgment creditor may charge a debtor-partner’s partnership interest with payment of any unsatisfied debt with interest.
